V1 Internal Verifier Award Summary
To be able to complete the V1 Internal Verifier Award
the candidate must be:
1. Occupationally Competent
2. Occupationally Qualified
3. Actively working in their occupational sector
4. Hold either the D32/33 units or the A1 award
The award comprises of 1 unit. It requires the candidate to:
1. Support assessors
2. Evaluate internal assessment
3. Operate quality assurance systems
3. Monitor the quality of assessor performance
4. Meet external quality assurance requirements
Delivery Method
You will be allocated a workplace assessor and a mentor who will guide you through the necessary evidence building in your workplace.
Aims & Objectives
1. To equip you to be a competent
Internal verifier.
2. To be an important part of the quality assurance
system within the assessment centre.
3. To gain a nationally recognised certificate which
indicates your competence at this level.
