Validity
By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions.
The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility
to check these terms and conditions before ordering products.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Pricing of products
are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right
to change prices without prior notice.
Acknowledgement of Order
When you have completed your order you will be sent an e-mail confirming your order.
It will state what the products are, the cost, delivery details and order number.
If your order has been unsuccessful you will be made aware of the reason why.

Payment
All payments are taken offline by our sales team,
after we have received your online order details. You will be sent an invoice
and on receipt of your cheque your goods will be dispatched.
Returns
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if, for any reason, you wish to return a product bought from W&P Assessment
and Training Centre LLP. Please read below for full Returns policy:
Returns Policy
If you need to return your goods please follow the procedure we have in place:
· Any product can be returned for whatever reason within 30 days for a refund
of the cost or replacement of the product as long as the product is returned
in its original condition.
· The product must be addressed to our returns department at the address below and have been sent to us within 30 days of receipt.

You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete

Our liability for any breach of these terms
and conditions shall be limited to the value of the goods ordered by you in

part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining
terms and conditions shall not be affected.
