New Toolkit to Improve Care of the Frail Older Patient |

The Royal College of Physicians, in collaboration with the BGS, has produced a six page toolkit which aims to improve the care of frail older patients. The toolkit recommends procedures for both initial assessment on admission and later Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment.
