Care Training options
Option 1 - In House Care Training
W&P are able to deliver Care training
courses throughout the care industry that can be individually tailored
to your requirements in house or at a local venue.
All Care training courses are certificated and we
aim to issue certificates within 10 working days of the training taking
place.
All our trainers are qualified and receive approriate update training
to ensure that high standards are maintained.
We are able to certificate courses necessary to conform with the Care
Standards Act with AQA, Royal Society for the Promotion of Health
etc.
Option 2 Distance Learning
W&P now provide Training through our innovative
Staff Training Packs. These training
packs are purchased then given to your staff members to work through
in their own time. Each pack meets Care Standard requirements and
can be related to the underpinning knowledge requirements for the
Health & Social Care NVQ level 2 and 3. All packs are fully certificated.
The packs are available in hard copy or on CD
